If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for a different size, or to accept a return on a perfect condition items, for a refund. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to us without getting a return authorization from us.
Please make sure that you order the right boot size (check our size measurement chart on the "Service" page). All exchange shipping charges are on the customer expenses.

We ship with UPS Ground, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select and Next Day. Or USPS Priority and Express Mail. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page. For limited time, we are offering $5 OFF from your shipping total. Don't forget to enter the Promo Code 5off when you checkout.
